Question about Canon PIXMA MX330 Multifunction InkJet Color Printer
Of course you have verified that there is nothing jammed in the printer correct? It is referring to the page output, not an output port on the printer. If there is definitely nothing jammed in the printer than something has failed in the paper sensor of the printer. Since it is new though you are in luck... depending on how new it is you should just return it to the place of purchase, or if you can't do that you will want to call Canon to schedule a free replacement of the printer, call them at 800-828-4040
