This is a virus ..I suggest to reinstall the program ..and remove the old one completely ..If this will not fix the issue you will have to reinstall operation system to fix it for good.

Than start your PC. Watch your screen closly. It will display, Enter setup Press (F ? ) That is how you get into your bios menue. If your Pc did not display this or went by too fast to see than, Re-start the Pc & press the F2 key every two seconds & see if the Pc enters the bios.
