Thank you for that information. According to what I'm looking at, that model is retailed in China, and it's therefore to that site you need to go. There is an english version of the site, the driver download page is here. You should be able to find the drivers you need by putting in the model number on this page.

I haven't actually heard of an Infinity 321 - do you have a manufacturer for that, and a more precise model because a google search isn't turning anything up for Infinity 321.

The only hopeful thing appears to be a retailer in Idaho who is posting on this thread saying that a site is "coming soon" for support on these laptops. He's been saying that since 2006 though, so don't hold your breath, but if he's retailing them it's likely he can point you to where drivers can be found, because there's nothing showing up in the usual places.

Might be worth sending him a private message and seeing what he says.

The manufactures web site should have the drivers you need. You probably will have to download them on another computer onto a USB thumb drive then install them on your laptop.

I recently formatted my computer and installed all the necessary drivers and such. It's just basic stuff as I'm no computer expert. However, when I got to the Device Manager to see if anything was missing,...

The "default" video-driver in Windows gives "basic" support, e.g., 800-by-600 at 256 colours.
Get a better device-driver, for higher resolutions, and 32-bit colours.

Is the computer's video-adapter "integrated" into the motherboard,
or is it a separate add-in video-card?

If the former, access the motherboard manufacturer's web-site, and search for a device-driver.

If the latter, access the web-site of the manufacturer of the video-card, and download a device-driver.

Install it.

What motherboard does your computer have?
Is the "video-adapter" an "integrated" part of the motherboard?
If so, then access the manufacturer's web-site, and download the video device-driver for your specific motherboard and Operating System.

Or, if you have an "add-in" video-card, access that manufacturer's web-site, and download the device-drive from that site.

Install the device-driver, to upgrade from the "VGA compatible" device-driver to a device-specific driver, which your "game" requires.

I wanna know that how can i fix the video controller(vga compatible) problem.... i have intel,SIS and ATI video driver but they didn't work on it........

The compatibility problem are not very easily solved. It seems that the best solution in this situation is to get a vga card that is compatible to your hardware specifications and operating system (Like Windows xp, Vista and 7 etc). You can look for these things on the box before you buy.
The second most important thing is never experiment with drivers of different vendors like you have described (Intel,SIS,ATI etc) Your computer can crash suddenly without any warning and can do serious damage to your data and OS. Remember that the Vendor that is selling you the device (such as in your case VGA adaptor/card/Video controller) gives driver with it in a disk or you can download it from the vendor's site. Follow these instructions and you will be able do it in no time.

Good Luck!

I have hp compact presario v6000.

You have to install the drives again
download from here
Or use your motherboard cd
If an error occurs during the installation make sure to remove the device from the device manager
Re-Install the driver
Remember- Don't remove drivers which are related to The Power Options
