You can go to the manufacturing website and lookup your model there are usually a pdf version online where you can download it

User guide
A user guide or user's guide, also commonly known as a manual, is a technical communication document intended to give assistance to people using a particular system. It is usually written by a technical writer, although user guides are written by programmers, product or project managers, or other technical staff, particularly in smaller companies.
User guides are most commonly associated with electronic goods, computer hardware and software.
Most user guides contain both a written guide and the associated images. In the case of computer applications, it is usual to include screenshots of the human-machine interface(s), and hardware manuals often include clear, simplified diagrams. The language used is matched to the intended audience, with jargon kept to a minimum or explained thoroughly.

Contents of a user manual The sections of a user manual often include:

We have recently bought an Acer Aspire X3950 but it didn't include a user guide. As Senior Citizens we are completely at a loss on how to operate the computer e.g. documents, photos, scanning, general...


I recomment you purchase one of the Dummies series of computer tutorial book from your book shop. These books explain how to use your computer in a clear and plain English.

And here is where you can download a user guide. Click Desktop. Click Aspire. Click Aspire Z3101.

You can then click Document. Click on the user guide link to download the user guide.

I have a belkin wireless G router that i attepted to connect a while ago and did not work. I am trying to hok up now and do not know where to start ......lost all the books


You just need to go to the belkin website and look up your model of router on the product or support pages. On that page there will be downloads for manuals and install guides as well as software and so on.

You should just have to select a G type router and the model number/name should be on a sticker or on the case (bottom). Put that in and you will be at the support page for your router. The manuals and such are identical to the ones that came with it. So you should be able to grab the user manual and a quick setup guide and use those to get yourself going.

You can download the full manual here for free, the option is to the middle right of the page. "Download the complete user guide" You will have to agree to a disclaimer first. The pdf file is small, wont take long to download. Make sure you have a pdf reader installed such as adobe or easyPDF to view it.
