I have xerox machine model DC-12. I am not able to take out print from my computer, at the same time pinging is OK & I am able to open web PMT. please suggest what could be the reason behind this.

Forget trying to reset the meter. It would be a momoth task to do that even if it was leagle to do it. Xerox engineeres would not do it so don't think of it.
The DC12 has been out of production for several years, it was a good machine and a lot of customers just loved them.
Getting spare parts etc might be a bit of problem. In my opinion look for a later model especially if you want to use it in a pay for print situation.

use fx model for ripping the print job. Its much faster. Alernatively if the computer can convert the print job in eps format and releasing the converted(in eps format) and them sent for ripping, the spooling will be quicker in the same ex 12 equipment being currently used by you.................sodeep

system needs to be checked by a technician.as its not detecting the software.check out.

if its a print from system to machine do the following
1: check the cables from fiery to machine
2: press clear server in the fiery menu

its not ok
next time mention fiery model

trc adjustment press start u can get a3 print
next trc toner concentration start
ofter u can get some defference

Your Problem is the cartridge printer Mx, In spanish algun balero de las developers units esta dañado pudiera estar golpeando el cilindro de imagen

go to the xerox website and download a patch 1-7kv9 or something similar. The description of it is listed under support and drivers and it comes with instructions. You need command workstation to invoke this patch. If you cant find it let me know, or tell me your email and i'll send it

have you tried replacing the cables maybe they are in a incorrect position wen you do this switch off the fiery and the machin.

have you checked your firewall?
Often times, even though you can ping the printer, the firewall will block the data going to the printer.
