Hi,
The Dryer has a short in the wiring some where.
This type of problem can be very hard to find.
Hopefully you can tear it apart and quickly find a burn spot where the wire is arcing when you turn on the breaker.
Check the wire connections in the back, then check the heating coil, these are the common places for problems.
Look for places where a wire could be rubbed through by vibration or hitting the drum...

An ohm meter may be required to actually trace down the short...

Can the motor control board cause the house circuit breaker to trip?

It's unlikely. An internal fuse would blow first, I'm assuming. If you've diagnosed this far you sound capable of continuing. Electricity is dangerous!!! I would remove all things from the board, 1 by 1 plug each component into board until the breaker trips. That should pinpoint what is tripping breaker. I would assume a motor.

Blows the breaker as soon as I turn it on. Electrician said is pulling 35 amps and that is why. Any idea why this would be happening:

If your breaker rating is lower the 35 Amps, A/C should blow it for sure. Fuse gets blown for overheating of the line.
Get a 40 A fuse .

Fuse blows as soon as you incert it into yhe ignition circuit on my C300H countax

You have a short somewhere and you need to trace the wiring. For your diagnosis, use "circuit breaker" fuse which will auto-trip/reset if there is a short or high amp draw. I even replaced some of my fuse with circuit breaker.

Timer not working it blows a breaker when turned on

Describe timer in detail so it can be identified:

I don't know a timer with error codes... and if breaker blows then timer is wired wrong, or load is too heavy for load rating of timer, or using wrong voltage.

The service manual is here.

You can order parts from Encompass here.

It may be a bad monitor interlock / short switch, or possibly a shorted capacitor or other problem in the inverter.

But I'm surprised the 20A fuse is not blowing before the breaker is!

I hope it's on at least a 30A breaker...

Let me know if I can help further.
