Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Each time my keyboard turn on, i got distortion

OK... it is the EX model...

Unless you had a surge to a high voltage it is not likely something was damaged, but it is possible.

First thing is to do the "factory reset" and see if that fixes the problem. Also try the headphone jack and see if it is also distorted.

Also go to this site and follow the proceedures exactly... try the "factory reset" first thing.

Korg Pa800 Pitch break

This makes no sense as a problem... If you mean there is a point on the keyboard where the pitch changes, refer to your manual about "splitting" the keyboard. This is usually done at F# and allows either a different voice or pitch for the lower section of the keyboard.

Korg PA800. Ram Upgrade

The pa800 has a fixed amount of Ram at 64mbs and it is not physically possible to upgrade the Ram. The pa2x has a removable128mbs Module and that can be upgraded via a 256mb Module from Korg.
