Hi, What exactly is jammed in the down position?
For a competent expert to be able to answer your problem, you will need to givea specific make and model of your unit.
Also include as much as possible about what you have already tried to do toresolve the problem along with exactly what is not working or what the unit isnot doing that it is supposed to do.
This will help us experts to be able to give you the correct advise the firsttime, without having to guess so much as to what is actually happening.

Thank you!

My janome 11000 memorycraft's needle threader has jammed in the down position and cannot be moved

Thanks to floraq803, we have our 11000 working again. The needle threader was stuck in the down position. We turned off the machine, and turned the wheel (which controls where the needle is) until the needle threader bar was straight (approximately 1/2 way between the needle being all the way down and all the way up). Turned on the machine and the threader came back up again. Now back to sewing.

Paper jam and no paper jam

Probably paper never being picked up and not feeding out of cassette which explains why you see a jam indicated but cannot find a jammed paper. Probably time to rebuild the cassettes.

Threading the machine

You said it jams when you start to sew. Please clarify. how and where does it jam?

Make sure you threaded the machine with the foot in the UP position. Make sure your bobbin is in the case correctly and is spinning in the correct position when you pull on the thread.

When starting to sew, grasp the top and bottom threads and gently tug, then hold it down to the surface of the machine as you begin the seam.

I have aproblems with printer 13.20.00 JAM INSIDE REAR DOOR HP Laserjet P4015X

You need to open the rear door, get a torch and see if there is any paper jammed in the fuser assembly. The reason for this error is that a paper sensor flag is being obstructed in the opoen position. If there is no paper visible then search for the small sensor flag ( black plastic lever should be in the up position but may possible be in the down position causing the error.
Sometimes by using a piece of wire with a hook on the end, you can lift the flag into it,s correct position.

  6. Examine under the print head. If anything is found, remove it.
