Just get your 360 serial number which can be found at the system info on the last clip on the right on the dashboard. Then go to memory and press the Y button. Follow the instructions and put your System Code there. If this don't fix it then I dunno. The same problem happened to me and this worked just fine.

Serial no 359146794305 what is its capacity

Microsoft has shipped numerous variations of the Xbox 360, with the major difference between each one being the hard drive size. As a result, your Xbox 360 can have a hard drive size as low as 4 GB and as high as 250 GB. If you're unsure of the size of your Xbox 360's hard drive, or just want to see how much space is remaining on it, you can check from the Device Options screen. This screen is accessible from the Xbox 360 dashboard when using any Gamertag.
Step 1 Select the "Settings" tab from your Xbox 360's dashboard.
Step 2 Select "System" and select "Storage" from the onscreen list.
Step 3 Highlight your hard drive from the onscreen list. By default the name of the hard drive is "Hard Drive."
Step 4 Press "Y" on the Xbox 360 controller to access the Device Options screen. The right side of the screen lists both the overall size of your hard drive under "Capacity" and the remaining amount of space under "Free Space."

Tip
  • From the Device Options screen you can also give your hard drive a custom name, clear the system cache or transfer content to another memory device.

My xbox 360 keeps freezing up

Let it sit for a while parts may be overheating. Other than that check the harddrive to make sure you have atleas 1-1.5 gb of space free.

I have a 120 gb hard drive on my XBOX 360.I have put almost 500 albums on my hard drive. For some reason I can't load anymore CD's onto my hard drive. It shows that it's "ripping" but it never does...

Please check how much more space you have left. a regular cd can hold up to 700 mb. 700 mb times 500 albums is about 300 gb. So your problem could be that you ran out of space. if this is not the case clarify how much space you have left

My uncle has a banned axbox aand we put are memury card in and then he toold us that his xbox was banned and then we went back to my house and it say it corupted

The problem is possibly your memory card. Some memory cards can be corrupt, and effect your Xbox 360 console if plugged in. Disconnect any memory units such as your memory card, then turn on your console. If the problem continues, please respond back saying if there are any red rings on your Xbox 360. If there is not, it is your memory card.

Xbox 360 system will not reade any kind of storage format, like hard drive or flash drive in the usb slot.

If you have the Spring 2010 console update installed on your 360 console, you have to configure the USB device it before it is recognized by your Xbox 360 console. Connect your device, go to My Xbox menu, go to System Settings, then choose Memory. From here, select "USB Storage Device", and choose "Configure Now".
Your device will need at least 1GB free storage, and your console can use 16GB maximum of all attached USB storage devices total. Move the slider to configure the space to use & press the A button to set. Your USB device should be listed as a storage memory unit now!

I have an Xbox 360 pro. I was alarmed as i only had 13 gb of space left on my hard drive so i formatted the drive to free space and start anew. Now i should have 99gb of space but i still only have 13gb....

first the xbox 360 pro only has twenty or sixty gigs. second you probably downloaded a bunch of junk that took up way to much space. also you'd be surprised how far nine gigs will get you as long as you dont download demos movies and music. if you downloaded pro evolution soccer direct to your hard drive that is probably gonna be taking alot of your space so sticck it on a flash drive just be careful or youll have to repurchase it.
