Question about HP w19 19" LCD Monitor
My son dropped an old style 17 inch monitor about 1 foot on top of my HP Pavilion tower and now when I turn on the tower the computer starts then after a few seconds the computer stops. all lights start but it stops a few secopnds later. I have to unplug the cord so the green light in the back goes out then I plug it back in and then the computer starts and then stops again after a few seconds. Any thoughts? Power supply?
I would fathom a guess that the motherboard has been damaged, if it is the PS then you can see by taking it into a service center to have the output checked 3 v 5 v 12 volt good luck.
