I have bought a reconditioned anthracite -fuelled Aga. Despite banking up the coals, thorough riddling etc, we cannot get it hot enough to cook with. The front dial is now on number 4. Can you help? Sue Walker

In that case there isn't enough updraft to enhance the burning of the coal.
Check the chimney and see if you can use wider exhaust pipes.

What causes a duke E101 convection oven to not cook evenly?

If it's getting hot, but it isn't cooking as fast as normal, your convection blower/fan may be out. If you can hear the fan running, but the oven isn't getting hot enough, then you most likely have a heat element or thermostat problem.
Fan and blower problems tend to be a bit more common with convection ovens.

I Have a Whirpool Microwave Oven Combo Model RMC305PDQ1 sometime when the oven is cooking the oven latch closed and we can;t open

Despite what the owner's manual says, you should not open a microwave door when it's cooking. You should press the Pause or Stop pad first. Otherwise, you will shorten the life of your door switches.
If you're ever unable to pen the door, then you have a problem with the door latch, spring, etc. that needs to be investigted and corrected.

I am looking to get an aga cooker instaled gas with my own corgi reg fitter and need assembly instructions

Installation really isn't something that can be done from a set of instructions - it's more complicated than that and needs an AGA trained engineer to do it. Suggest contacting AGA Service for advice, as a badly installed AGA may not function correctly.

Creda cf50g cooker oven not getting hot

sounds like the ffd is at fault, this is a safety device that alows the main flow of gas through. when the cooker is cleaned the sensor can be moved by accident from its position over the flame, another reason could be a build up of grease etc, stopping the flame reaching the sensor. if none of these then the ffd unit needs to be replaced. they are about £20.00 for the part

Oven overheating

Set the oven thermostat to 100 degrees ( very low heat) and wait to see if the onen indicator goes off. If it doesn't then the oven thermostat may be faulty. If you have an oven thermometer, then use that to check the oven temperature.
