Question about Seagate (9Y7275557) 400 GB Hard Drive
Thanks for responding to my problem. I live in Overland Park. See that is what puzzles me. The only thing I did was leave it on. I really never move it. So when you said it might have been dropped, possible but really not sure.
Could something else might be causing this??

1. RUN DISK DEFRAGMENT FROM WITHIN YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM OR DURING STARTUP
2. RUN FISK DISK COMMAND FROM MS DOS
3. RUN CHKDSK COMMAND FROM MS DOS
