Its
related to the sim card you have in your mobile...you would have locked
the sim that's why it is asking for the password normally it would be
given when you purchased the sim..try to call your mobile service
provider example-vodafone,airtel and ask for the puk code they'll
provide it but not down all the numbers behind your sim card before you
call them..
