Question about Samsung M8800 Pixon - Unlocked QuadBand Cell Phone - 8MP Camera, GPS, 3.2" Touchscreen - Interna
First remove the protective cover (if any) the protective cover may be preventing the touch screen from working properly
Oil or residue from your hands can build up on the screen and interfere with the touch screen function. You should clean the screen with.
To do this, turn off your phone and disconnect any cables. Put a small amount of water on the corner a soft microfiber cloth, like those used to polish musical instruments.
Gently wipe the phone with the damp cloth until it is clean. Dry and lightly polish the screen with the dry end of the cloth. The towel should be damp,
. When the Phone is completely dry, put it back in its case and power it on. Do not put water directly on your Phone
If all these still do not make the touch screen work then you should have your screen replaced.
