Question about Cell Phones
1)if its physically broken first and last thing you need to do is to take to phone manufacturer's retail store to get it repaired i hope the mobile is still covered under warranty.
2)if its not physically broken try to connect it to pc back up all your data and try to restore it to the factory settings using the mobile pc software provided through cd when you bought the mobile.if this still doesn't resolve the problem better take to authorised service center
