When you unscrew the water hose from the machine there is a filter which can be remove and be cleaned if the problem insist then that part where the hose is screwed on is the water solenoid valve and need to be replaced.

Possible this seems to be an error. You need to start by check the inlet water flow, check the free flow, if not check the inlet valve or the valve drive. Also check the drain pump and see if there is no clogging, Now switch on and check voltage on the inlet valve, if absent check the main program controller. If water flows check

Washing Machine error code

Possible that the main controller unit could be having errors or there is input error to the processor. You need to remove the main board and check , also check the inlet valve and see there is good flow at start up and check the drain pump and flow.Check the water level controller .

MY MACHINE WONT START IT KEEPS SAYING PAUSE

It is possible that the machine does not start off the cycle because there are errors due to feedback from the inputs. For the program to start up the main program controller must initiate the INLET/MOTOR/DRAIN pump/ valve to open up and allow each function to be driven starting from the flow of water into the drum as also the drain valve to open to exit the water at the point of the program cycle.Inthis case the flow from the inlet valve is to be checked, check for dirt in the filter. Also check the flow at the inlet of the water line. Once the water comes into the system the WATER LEVEL SENSOR - normally a pressure switch- must activate at the preset/chosen level to give the signal to the program controller to switch on the motor. What is most important for the motor to start functioning is that the door switch must be ON when the door is shut or this will be an error for starting the motor for rinse and wash.

Check this link to replace the inlet valve:

http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/washing-machines/a/7/1408/how-to-replace-the-inlet-valve-on-a-washer-dr.html

Make sure that a fault in any of the cycle will relate to the specified action, so check the command from the program module and then the executing device be it the valve or motor or pump.

The flow meter inside the machine has a little dirt in it. The machine is not sensing the rinse water flowing through the system because the flow meter is blocked.

I have had this error occur often due to faulty flow meter -remove left hand side panel, there is a large plastic component with three wires(red, white, black), these wires go up and connect onto main control board. Check these three thin wires for breakages- if ok, replace flow meter. Flow meter measures the amount of water being let into machine- when flow meter fails, machine thinks no water is going in. Could also be problem with control board, but in my experience it's much more likely to be flow meter.

Bosch continues to fill when rinsing even when the machine is off

The inlet valve is stuck open most commonly , you can check this by taking the wires off the valve and then turn everything back on , if the water is still flowing replace the inlet valve.

WFS1071AW is my type of whirlpool front loader

Hello baud Welcome,
You said the water entry into the machine is fine with nothing blocking it. But you keep getting the red light on for "water tap closed". At one point the water did start flowing in but soon stopped and turn on the warning light again. Please suggest how to fix it??

I believe this sounds like the screens are dirty and stopping water flow so it shuts down!
Dry all of the below suggestions.

Washer displaying code message and or tone sounds
“F20” (Water Inlet Problem—no water or insufficient
water supply)
First:
Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle. Unplug
washer or disconnect power.Leave power off for 5 minutes. This will reset the system!
Check the following:
Are water faucets completely turned on?
*****Are screens at inlet hose connection to washer clogged?
Remove hose from washer an clean screens at water inlet!

Are water inlet hoses kinked?
Are water inlet hoses frozen?
Plug in washer or reconnect power. Re-select cycle and press
START. If the problem remains, call for service.

Let me know how you do.
Thank You Huuum

Fault Indication - "Over Flow"

Does manual say to clear drain by running high temp water to clear drain; i dont think so. Now you have to unscrew the back to see where the leak comes from - by pouring plain water into the machine (where u put clothes). Unplug all electrical connections, ie disconnect the machine from the wall socket. Pl post back
