Question about Cameras
You need to Turn on Port forwarding from the router, that forwards the IP cameras connection port that shows you the picture on a internet browser or other tool.
You can find this port by normally connecting to the Ip camera Via Internet browser it will be on the address: HTTP://192.168.1.15:8080 for example. If that was the IP of the camera in your network, then you would need to either enable DMZ to ip 192.168.1.15 (camera ip) Or Enable port forwarding for camera IP and port 8080 as an example.
Also note that you can not efficiently test if your portforwarding was successfull from home, you need to try from outside. you can visit www.whatismyip.com to get your home IP address. now with this address you can browse from another computer outside of your home to HTTP://yourIP:cameraPort and the IP camera should be visible. It is recommended to turn on security - so that you need to enter a user name and password to the camera.
