Question about Heating & Cooling
You can check to see if the unit is draining as it sounds as though it is clogged, usually if they make a noise like a fan blade hitting something then it froze(iced) up. If you think this happened unplug unit for about four hours and watch to see if water is continuously draining, if it is then it did freeze, if this is the case you will need to take the housing off and try cleaning the coils, this may help, if this is done and it still freezes then it is low on freon. Hope this helps tim
