I want to format my nokia phone but i do'nt know that how i can do it. i want to format my mobile because i am feeling some problems in my phone such as hanging, phone restricted etc.

my nokia 3110 mobile got hang and switched off automatically. to restore factory setting i put the code 12345 or 00000 but i shows code error. i think there is virus in my mobile. now i dont know the exact code to format my mobile. pls send me the procedure to format my my and give me the right code to format it. follwing is the information of nokia3110c: Email Id :- [email protected]

I am sure that you mobile is effected with virus, I request you to format the phone.
Here is the steps to format the Nokia N 70 mobile.
Before formating the phone please take the backup of the contacts and messages.

Turn off the mobile.
Press and hold call button + star button + number 3 and turn on the mobile and wait until you see time settings.

This should fix the issue.

d mastercode isnt nethng . coz ur phone is nt symbian perated. often people are misguided abt master codes. thrz nthng lyk tat. however if u hav already formatted ur cell fone still it shows d same problem u need to change d ic or simply pick out ur memory card for 24 hrs nd run ur cell . it works even i had d same problem

if your phone is hanging try to factory set.. then if same problem format your mobile with pressing *#7073# then format also your memory card.. if the phone is same problem ..that is a hardware solution..you better to go to the mobile cervice center....
