Question about HP Elitebook 8730w Mobile Notebook
Assuming you have Windows XP. In case there is another user account with administrator privileges you can log in at this account, and go through settings - control panel - user accounts in order to change the administrator's password.
In case there isn't another user account with administrator privileges, you have to download the utility (in zip format) from this link. Extract it and burn the included iso at a cd. Boot the laptop from the cd and follow the on screen steps.
