Please try to check this link:

heads up, make sure to check for the OS compatibility for your driver, since it's only showing XP and 2000, also check if it's really ATI. If the driver your looking for is not seen on this page, please try to check what video driver you have by going in to 'RUN' and typing dxdiag->enter and go to display tab found at the top. You may also try going in to Device Manager accessible by right clicking My Computer or Computer and click on properties then you should now see a link for device manager if using Windows Vista or Wndows 7 but for XP, please go to hardware tab first and click on device manager.

Device Manager:
->try to look for monitor on the list and hopefully it displays your VGA rightaway but if not try to double click the device that will show you the VGA your using. Hopefully this one helps..thank you

LouiseBeat, to add a link to your solution may i suggest this? Copy the URL. Paste it into the solution box. Go to the bottom of the solution box, and click on the Insert link icon. (Yellow star)
In the Insert link box that pops up, wipe out the http:// that is already in there. (Put your mouse cursor in the box after the last forward slash { / } Left-click once. Use the Backspace key) Now paste the link in the Insert Link box. Click on Insert. Regards, joecoolvette

Ok-a-a-a-y! One thing I forgot, lol! After you paste the URL in the solution box, copy it once more. Then go to the bottom of the solution box, and click on the Insert Link icon. {Sheesh! I'm bound to get it right sooner, or later! ;)

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Seems you are attempting an upgrade install. Try to do an erase install / Format Install, most probably it will pick up the drivers on its own if not you can search for the drivers on

Vga driver for ibm thinkpad R32 is not available

What Operating System are you running? This link( click here) to Lenovo/IBM's suport site does show video drivers available for all OS's, even older ones, but there is a note in the table on that page that says "Windows 98, Me, 2000 - Note: This AGP driver is required in addition to standard video drivers listed below for Windows 98, Me, and 2000."
Make sure you have downloaded and installed both VGA and AGP for your correct OS and see if that helps.

DVD

Hi,
I don't mean to disagree with my associate, but DVD players for R series (or T, A, etc) can be found for less than 20.00 US (Ebay is a good example)
For that matter, we've got at least a dozen at our shop which we sell for 25.00
Installation is very simple as well, just pop the old drive out, put the new drive in.
Good luck
