Question about Kodak Office Equipment & Supplies

Open Question

I have a kodak esp 7250 printer. It has been working fine until just a few minutes ago. I tried to print a document and got an error message...printhead carriage jam. I checked for any obstructions and found none. I removed the cartridges and carriage and replaced them. It still shows same error.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Kodak ESP 7 all-in-one printer. I have just replac...

I have had the same issue - only bought my ESP7 last month - have been on the chat support with Kodak in US and they advise that the print head will need replacing but they couldnt send one from US and advised me to ring the 0870 Kodak support number in UK - this is a premium line and lucky I took out an instant replacement policy when I bought it so I am off to PC world to get another! Good luck with yours - suggest you phone Kodak and ask for a print head replacement which should be free if you have had the printer less than 12 months - make sure you have the serial number of the printer with you when you phone. Good luck!

SOURCE: Just replaced both ink cartridges on Kodak ESP 3.

silly question, you remembered to remove the plastic film off the connectors right? i realize you did 2 different cartridges but hey sometimes thing get messed up lol. it may be a faulty cartridge, you should be able to return it if that's the case. the only way to know for sure is to take it back and get a different one. if that's the case problem solved, you could always power down the printer completely after installing the cartridges and rebooting it

SOURCE: Kodak ESP 3250. Error 3527. I put new ink

Contact Kodak. I think it's the batch of printers that were made around this time. I just contacted them (mine is the same age and I'm getting the same error), and they are sending me a new printer.

Kodak 7250 prints blank

You may have blocked print head nozzles.
Try the printer maintenance to clear the printer nozzles.
After several deep cleaning attempts and there is no improvements in the printthen a new print head is required.
A new print head maybe expensive and it maybe more cost effective to purchase anew printer.

Printer is plugged in and the power source is showing power is going into the printer but the printer will not start up when the power button is pushed on. the printer is fairly new March 2011, and worked...

Check that the power cable to your printer is firmly plugged in at both ends. If there is not a loose connection, then try a RESTART on your computer. If no help with this, I would usually say to relaod the printer software, but it may be simpler for you to chat on this site:

Hope the problem resolves easily.

thanks for asking..........................Pete

My kodak ESP 7250 printer will not print wirelessly from one of my laptops..It say cannot connect to network on the laptop when I try to print.. My desktop and other laptop prints fine on it.Help I have...

This is one of the common connectivity issues marring the benefits of having a wireless printer. In this situation your printer will not print when connected wirelessly but would need you to set it up with your system using a USB cable. Try resetting the IP of your system to what is mentioned in the printer and in case there is a router connecting your printer and system then use the IP address of router and put it in your system. This should help you fix this printer issue.

Can i print from my computer without the usb 2.0 cable

To print documents from your computer you will need to have it connected via USB. If you just want to print pictures you can load them on to an SD card (or any of the other supported cards for this printer), plug the card into the printer's card reader and print directly from the printer.

If you want to be able to print without using USB you should look into wireless printers such as the Kodak ESP 7250.
