Umm...i heard that u know to fix mobile... so..i think u can help me.. i have a problem with my nokia 6020.. this is the problem.. 1) cant connect nokia cable to my laptop.. 2)one day, my nokia 6020..screen fades out to black and then it says"Contact Service"...The result is the same with and without the SIMcard inserted. I sent my phone to mobile shop and were charged at ahigh price.. is it true that it is because of the IC socket??

u would have been provided with a catlog along with ur nokia 6020 when u bought it . kindly go through that u'll find a default restriction code . by default i think it would be 00000000. just try it. if you couldn't unlock it still u might have changed the restriction code . u might have to take ur mobile to nokia service centre to bug it. it might cost around 6-10$
Your nokia 6020 doesn't have problem. It's your sim card. If you still have your simcard packaging, the PUK code is written their inside it's brochure. Or you can also go to your mobile phone network and ask its PUK code. Or simply buy a new simcard with the same network company. Thank you
