If resoldering potential dry joints doesn't cure it, then it's possible one or more components are leaky, such as diodes and electrolytic capacitors, then progress to more elaborate parts, like transistors and ICs - particularly the horizontal output transistor (don't forget to check the tuning capacitors in its collector circuit - replace those along with the transistor if required).
