Follow these simple steps:

  1. Plug/connect your device to a computer (PC or Mac)
  2. Turn it OFF
  3. Press and hold the POWER and HOME buttons together for EXACTLY 10seconds
  4. Release the POWER button but keep holding the HOME button until the computer beeps indicating that a USB device is recognized.
  5. Open iTunes and restore your device.

Warning: Restoring will delete all data on your device but this is the only way for you to recover it.

If you don't get it at first, try holding the buttons for lesser time or see the other procedures and some screenshots on my tip (link below):

Press the wrong password a number of times and then you can reset the phone.

If you enter the wrong passcode on an iOS device six times in a row, you'll be locked out and a message will say that your device is disabled. Learn what to do.

First, pick a way to erase your device

Unless you made a backup before you forgot your passcode, there isn't a way to save your device's data. You'll need to erase your device, which deletes all of your data and settings. Choose a way to erase your device so you can remove your passcode:
  • If you've synced with iTunes, use iTunes.
  • If you're signed in to iCloud and Find My iPhone is enabled, use iCloud.
  • If you don't use iCloud and you can't sync or connect with iTunes, use recovery mode.

iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled If you set up a passcode on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, and you or someone else then enters the wrong passcode too many times, your device will disable itself temporarily. Learn what to do if you have forgotten your passcode, or if your device displays a message saying it's disabled. If you enter the wrong passcode six times in a row, you'll be locked out and you'll see this message:

If you can't remember your passcode, you'll need to erase your device using iTunes, Find My iPhone, or recovery mode. Then use a backup to put your data and settings back on your device. Here's how. Use iTunes If you have synced your device with iTunes, you can restore your device.
  1. Connect the device to the computer you normally sync with.
  2. Open iTunes. If iTunes asks you to enter the passcode, try another computer that you've synced with. Or try the steps below to use recovery mode.
  3. iTunes will automatically sync your device and create a backup. If it doesn't, sync the device with iTunes.
  4. After the sync is complete, restore your device.

  5. When iOS Setup Assistant asks to set up your device, choose "Restore from iTunes backup."
  6. Select your device in iTunes and choose the most recent backup.
Use Find My iPhone If you enabled Find My iPhone, you can use it to erase your device.
  1. Go to icloud.com/#find to see if you enabled Find My iPhone.
  2. Click All Devices at the top of your browser window.
  3. Select your device and click "Erase [device]" to erase your device and its passcode.
  4. Use the Setup Assistant on your device to restore the most recent backup of your device.
Use restore your device as new or from a backup.
  1. Disconnect all cables from your device.
  2. Turn off your device.
  3. Press and hold the Home button. While holding the Home button, connect your device to iTunes. If your device doesn't turn on automatically, turn it on.
  4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
  5. iTunes will alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode.
  6. Click OK, then restore the device.

Don't worry, u have to restore your phone through recovery mode.
Here is what u have to do;
Master reset your iphone while connected to itunes (By holding down the home and power button at the same time for 10 seconds)

IMPORTANT>>>Just so you know, you will need to reinstall the latest firmware on your phone to enable it. If you had your phone unlocked, then this will lock your phone back to the ORIGINAL carrier and mostly can not be unlocked. There is a way to install the older firmware which is unlockable.
But anyways. To bring your phone back up to original connect it to the computer and run iTunes. Then Push the HOME & POWER buttons together for 10 Seconds. When the phone Flashes then let go of the POWER button and continue to hold the HOME button. The the itunes will recognize the phone and prompts you to reflash it.
