I apologize if this is addressed somewhere else on this page, but I didn't see it. As the phone memory is somewhat limited, I bought an external memory card to put my music on. When I try to play songs from it though, it plays one song and stops. You have to manually FF to the next song each time to hear it. This process seems a bit silly. Is there anyway around having to do this?

i have this phone and have tried and there is nothing we can do cause the songs have to be saved to the phone its self and there is not enough memory to do that i guess thats the down side of having the black label series
you have to install an mp3 player to your nokia 6600 so that you can start playing your mp3 files to your mobile phone.. google a software called Ultra Mp3 for Symbian phone.. download it and save it to your external memory or the MMC and install it to your phone.. hope this will help..
To find your music on the SD, go to my stuff, sounds, external memory, mp3 and you should see your music. Playing it, however is another matter. You can play only one song. Then you have to manually play the next one. Not what I'd call an MP3 player.
I have posted information in 'hints and tips' regarding media files (pictures mp3s etc). The first thing to remember when sending files to your phone is that they have to be done one at a time as the phone memory is limited. The phone has a memory card inside it which is extra/external to the phone memory. What is confusing is that you cannot send files directly to this memory card so each file you send to the phone has to be moved to the 'external memory' before you send another to the phone.
