As soon as you turn on the computer keep tapping the F8 key until you see a screen called advanced boot options ..using the arrow keys in the keyboard select the option last known good configuration and press enter hope this works if this doesn't work.
again go to that advance boot options screen by following the same above said procedure and this time select the option safe mode then if your computer boots up in the safe mode then try to do system restore from start button->all programs->accessories->system tools->system restore select a date at which your computer was working fine and let it do its stuff if this works your computer will boot to the home screen..
