Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

What software i need to instale the song into this mp3 ?

You do not need any special software. Just a USB cable that will fit your device.
  1. Connect device to PC
  2. A box should open on PC asking something like "what do you want do do?" Select the option that opens folder to view files. When folder opens, leave it open and move to step 4.
  3. If a box does not appear in step 2: click "My Computer" or "Computer" on Vista systems, then look for a device with a drive letter (usually F: or G: or H:). This represents your mp3 player connected to your system and you can access it from here. Click it and it will open a file on your mp3 player for you to put music on.
  4. Open the folder on your computer that contains the music files you want to put on your mp3 player. These files are usually found in you "My Music" folder.
  5. Hold the Ctrl button and highlight all the music files you want on your mp3 player. When all are selected, release the Ctrl button, right click one of the highlighted files, and select "copy"
  6. go back to the folder for your music player and right click an empty area of the folder where the files would be shown, and select "paste."
  7. Look in your tray (the little icon area near your computer's clock) and see if there is a little icon that says "safely remove hardware" when you hover the cursor over it. If this is present, then click it and select the option to safely remove the device with the drive letter your music player was listed as. If you don't know the drive letter, then follow the first part of step 3 to find out what it is.

I have music on my computer (itunes) that I want to put onto my MP3 player but don't know how to do it.

Hi,
Your MP3 player would have a software that can be connected with the computer. Download and install that corresponding software. Then connect your MP3 player to your computer using the USB cable that would have been given when you bought the player. Then the new hardware would be found in MyComputer. copy the songs you need in your MP3 player in the newly found folder. Then safely disconnect the player from the computer.
Enjoy the music!

Jegan

Can't move music from Zune to new computer

No. You cannot take music off your zune and put it on another computer. You will need to copy your music files found under My Documents, My music, zune. put it onto a large flash or external drive. Then install the zune software onto the other computer i havent done so already. Take the files you copied and paste them back into the zune folder on the computer. You might have to reauthenicate music that you have downloaded. Just log in and it should be fine

for software

for pc not recognizing-
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

Go in Control Pannel ->Add Hardware -> Next
Then choose Yes, I have already connected the hardware -> Next
Select MTP device form the list (it is somewhere at the buttom) -> Next
And finish the instralation
Then go to Control Pannel -> Portable Media devices and you will see your mp3 player there.
It is now connected to your computer and you can put your music on.

I hope this is the solution to your problem

I need to learn how to download music on my mp3 player

You need to slide the black part out (it takes some force, but don't break it). Then you can plug it into the USB port on your computer, and it should say that it found new hardware. The mp3 player came with software to transfer songs to it, but the software isn't very good and I never use it. You should be able to copy and paste the songs to the mp3 player just like you would with any other flash drive.
