Deleting Files,Pictures,Videos,Audio
Books, Apps,etc. from MP3 Player/Ipod
Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete"
Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
BE CAREFUL and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player.

How do I uninstall a vista upgrade someone put on a laptop over another vista version without getting rid of old version.

go ahead and start install of Vista on your laptop. You will be told that old system and files will be put in file called "old files or old system?"
it will store the old vista upgrade, and allow you to install your new Vista software.

My internet d loding ver slow

there are so many things that could cause this from a full hard drive to just a bad connection. start with the basics like clean up the computer and get rid of stuff you dont need anymore. go to and download CCleaner. this is a free program and will clean up your computer by getting rid of all the junk files left behind from internet searches. then there is also a regestry checker on the program that is wonderful. it also has a uninstaller to completely remove old programs. if you want you can google CCleaner and download it that way.
Clean that computer and see if things pick up.

Deleting songs.

Your DB might be corrupt. Folow the delete procedure one more time:
Delete Music Files
1) Connect your Sansa to the computer.
2) Select Open device to view files using Windows Explorer on initial
3) Select the place where you want to delete music files from
4) Highlight and delete the music file/s or folder from My Computer\Sansa
folder. (You can also select from a variety of music
software programs to transfer/synchronize your files).

If that fails, go ahead and update the firmware - it will delete everything, and allow you to start over from scratch among other things.

Bad Tracks

Ouch !

can you say FORMAT ? lol

This is the exact situation I've been talking about , make sure that you check each file with an mp3 encoder checker such as encspotbasic 2.0 before loading them to the E260.

you could try MOVING the bad tracs , instead of delete , and you can try to OVERWRITE the bad tracs with a fresh copy of the file ( one checked with the encoder checker )

these silly methods may or may not work out , let me know what happens.
