Question about Samsung Refrigerators
Check the freezer side for frost on the back wall. If you see a frost build-up your problem is in the defrost circuit. That could be the timer, heaters or defrost thermostat. Locate the timer and rotate the dial clockwise SLOWLY until you hear one click. Wait and if it does not defrost after a time (18-22 minutes) your problem is in the heater circuit. If it does defrost and fails to restart rotate the dial SLOWLY again and it should restart. This indicates a bad defrost timer.
