SOURCE: need to reset plantronics voyager pro heatset it

to reset or pair your bluetooth device you need to put the device into discovery mode.To do this most manufactures use the power button,by holding the power button down for 8 to 10 seconds while turning the device on it should put it into discovery mode.Usually a light will remain on then you can find or search from your phone for new device.Once your phone has discovered the device it will ask for a pin\pairing code .Once again most manufactures use a 4 digit pin\pairing code they are as follows,0000,1234,9999, or 1111,try them in this order one will work. Hope this helps

This issue may be caused by the network and not a defective headset. Changing your phone settings as listed below will in most cases stop the frequent ringing/beeping in your headset while in standby mode. You may want to check with your service provider before changing the settings listed below, as the following activity may cause additional charges on your phone bill. If you can, remove and re-install the phone battery. This should reboot the phone. Go into the MENU > SETTINGS > ROAM. Change roam setting to "ROAMING ONLY". Users will no longer get any Bluetooth headset rings/beeps unless the phone is actually ringing for an incoming call. This is a temporary work around since once the phone is turned off, the roaming setting above is reset. You will need to follow these steps each time you turn on your phone.

Continuos (3) beep beep beep when voyager pro is turned on

Triple tones are usually associated with the battery having a very low charge. You should be getting approximately 5-6 hours of talk time and 5 days of stand by time from a single charge. If you are not, then the internal battery may be going out. The battery is hard wired and is not replaceable, however the headset does have a one year warranty from Plantronics and they will replace it within the warranty period.

The three beeps usually indicate low talk time. If you have tried turning off and on your headset and still have the annoying beeps, then there is a problem with the device. You'll need to contact your retailer or Plantronics (800-544-4660 x5538) for warranty replacement. I would suggest deleting the Voyager Pro from your phone. Turn your phone and headset off and then back on after about 30 sec. You will need to reconnect the headset to the phone again. Use pass code 0000 (4 zero's) if you phone ask for it. See page 8 of user guide for further tips. User guide attached below.
