I inadvertently said yes to a computer change which changed my hme page from Acer to something else, I then changed it to google, but want Acer back.

Change browser in acer tablet

In settings area of browser, you will find chrome set as homepage or default browser. Delete the entry and change to browser you want. Make sure you enter the name correctly. The pc will pop up a box asking if you want this as your default browser. Click yes. Each time you visit google, it will try to get you to change back to chrome. Click no thanks.Eventually, it stops asking.

You may have inadvertently deleted your google account as well as your gmail!!!

If you accidentally deleted your Google Account, you have a short amount of time to try and recover it:
  1. Go to our password assistance page.
  2. Select "I'm having other problems signing in."
  3. Follow the steps until you see a link to verify your identity.
  4. Click the link to fill out the form.

I inadvertantly made my homepage Google instead of Yahoo. How do I change back to Yahoo?

If you are using Internet Explorer:
Launch IE
In the upper right side of the page (just under the red X and to the right of the magnifying glass) Click the little dot. That should open the Search option. Select Yahoo.. or if not listed, click Find More Providers.

I think the lamp has burned out. Is this something that can be changed or do I need to send it back to Acer?

mcdevito75 here, Do you mean the monitor has burnt out?? if so and you have the warantee yes contacy Acer and send it back. Contact Acer in any case for their advise.
