no sound ot earpieace during calls speaker phone and sounds from keypad work
i have this prob too. It seams like the issue is in the articulation where the phone flips in both directions. If i contort the phone the sound comes back. Its the phone.

Same problem here. It is incredibly frustrating. I am taking it back to Verizon and seeing what they will do for me.
Sometimes if I toggle between speaker and earpiece the volume will return, but this doesn't seem to work anymore.
When I call someone they can't hear the receiver of the call. If someone calls me I can't hear the call, but they hear me. The speaker phone still works.
this is actually more accurate than the last one... this one is EXACTLY my problem. the last one i answered hadone extra problem... their phone doesnt ring, and mine does..
