We do not have these diagrams, you can only get them from the factory service and repair manual. You can access the manual and all factory info at this site for a small access fee that covers one year. www.alldatadiy.com have no affiliation with the site just passing on the info to you.
Heres the link to your manual + drivers http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/dcbint/cpindex.pl?scy=US&slg=AEN&cat=MP3_PLAYERS_CA&sct=SU00304_SU&session=20090511222115_22.214.171.124&grp=PORTABLE_ENTERTAINMENT_GR&ctn=SA6045/37&mid=Link_UserManuals&hlt=Link_UserManuals
If you truly have a TD-816/1232 system consistent with the 74xx series phones, and not the 7130 you posted under, you need to find out what line you lost, or how another phone is programmed.
Go to a working phone, press PROGRAM 99 and the buttons on the key strip. They should say CO-001, 002, 003 etc. Now go to the non-working phone and do the same thing. A C.O. is programmed by the code 0 + the 2 or 3 digit trunk number, so you press the missing line button and dial 0-(0)01 STORE or 0-(0)04 STORE, depending on which end you lost it from.
Pick up the handset and hang it back up to exit programming.
The most popular is the DK system but it came in several revisions.
The primary differences are the way the ports are numbered and several program numbers.
Programming is done from port 005(ext 205).
The sequence of events is:
enter programming mode by pressing "speaker *#*#1*2*3"
enter ringing program
Day ring is "spkr 81 hold"
enter port number of the port you want to ring (example : 007#)
press buttons corresponding to the lines you want to ring then press hold.
To exit programming press"spkr ## hold then spkr ## hold.
