Question about Whirlpool Microwave Ovens
When the bulbs broke the wires from the filaments touched, shorting the power source - it got fried. The oven must be dismantled and the power source fixed.
I must warn you - the power source also delivers the power for the magnetron, and its voltage is in excess of 5000 . If you even graze the contacts for it you will be killed on the spot so if you aren't absolutely sure you can do it safely then either take the oven to a repair shop (it will cost you around $150 to fix it) or just junk it and get a new one.
