Hy, i cant open mozilla firefox since this morning.yesterday it was working just fine.I didnt download anythg or update anythg.I have deleted cookies etc but still the same prob.please help.thx

Try to run the computer in safe mode with networking if works then reinstall firefox if not then restore the computer

How to delete all cookies & clear all cache using IE and FireFox browser.

Internet Explorer :
1. Open Internet explorer > Tools > Internet Option
2. On the General Tab under Browsing History, click on Delete
3. On the pop up windows that opens, make sure all check box are checked that has cookies, temporary files, and etc..., then click on delete
4. Just close and re-open Internet Explorer

Mozilla Firefox
1. Open Mozilla Firefox > Tools > Clear Private data
2. On the pop up windows, make sure all boxes are checked as well and click on delete.

I cant open my yahoo.com page

If you can get to the internet, but Yahoo is not opening, then try to clear the cookies, cache, and internet files of your internet browser. Here's how:

* For Internet Explorer version 6
1. Open IE6 > Tools > Internet Options.
2. Click the Delete Cookies button and Delete History.
3. Click on OK > Close and re-open your IE6.
4. Try accessing yahoo.com.

* For Internet Explorer version 7
1. Open IE7 > Tools > Internet Options.
2. Click the "Delete" button under the Browsing History option.
3. Delete the Cookies, Internet Files
4. Click on OK > Close and re-open IE7
5. Try accessing yahoo.com.

The problem that you are having is possibly caused by your Internet browser and not with your Facebook or Gmail account. You need to clear the cookies and internet files to resolve the problem. Here's how:

Clear Cookies and Internet Files

* For Internet Explorer version 6
1. Open IE6 > Tools > Internet Options.
2. Click the Delete Cookies button and Delete History.
3. Click on OK > Close and re-open your IE6.
4. Try accessing your e-mail account.

* For Internet Explorer version 7

As soon I log in to my yahoo account, the browser hangs. It has happened about 15 times since yesterday.. Please help.

Try to delete all cookies and clear all cache.

Internet Explorer :

My yahoomail is not opening

Hi Friend ,
If you are using Internet explorer as browser you will need to delete the cookies and temporary internet files on your pc the same will apply for Mozilla Firefox browser.
Steps: For Internet Explorer.
START; SETTING; CONTROL PANEL; LOCATE INTERNET OPTIONS; DOBLE CLICK IT AND YOU WILL FIND INTERNET PROPERTIES OPEN.
CLICK DELETE COOKIES; DELETE FILES; AND CLEAR HISTORY
2ND STEPS FOR MOZILLA FIREFOX :
OPEN MOZILLA FIRE FOX
CLICK TOOLS; OPTIONS; THEN SELECT PRIVACY AND SELECT AND CLICK ALL THE EMPTY BOXES FROM THE HISTORY MENU.
IF YOUR FIREFOX IS UPDATED VERSION YOU WILL GET THE CLEAR RECENT HISTORY UNDER THE TOOLS MENU

Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system.

remove firefox under ad and remove programs also under programs delete any residual files from firefox including cookies and internet history etc. restart you pc and reinstall Firefox.
