This can be difficult to correst. The door hinge attaches to a lever, connested to a length of cord, connected to a spring. Tight installations can sometimes cause insulation to get scrunched next to all than mechanism. The minimum space to install is 24x24x34, front to back, side to side. more is actually a little better ( are you listening, builders?) High end dishwashers have thicker insulation and it is harder to squeeze it into its space. The insulation tends to catch on every splinter, screw tip, etc. You may have to pull the dishwasher and grease up the hinge and check that all insulation is away from the mechanism. Hope this helps,

Ken

Dryer Drum is screetching as it turns

Screeching sound can be idler wheel that holds belt tention, or drum support wheel/axles(usually 2 of them), or front drum support glides (around door opening), or rear drum seal gasket (if open back drum), or rear support bearing (if closed back drum). Any of these problems will require the dryer body to be opened and most likely the drum to be removed. If you are up to the challange and have patience you will need check each af these items. An experienced technician knows these problems and can determine what is wrong quickly without teardown. If you want to do the work yourself, it may be worth paying a tech for a visit to determine the problems. Goodluck, Macgivor

MOtor runs very loud and screetches. Brush is

If you know how to open it's inducton motor and know to replace bushing and bearings, then turn it up-side down and dis-assemble your equipment, replace the bushing and bearings,
if not just bring it to a repair shop then they will be the one who will replace it

Some fan making a loud noise. When open either

It sounds like it is probably your evaporator fan, seeing as that fan will cycle off when the door is open, and resume when you close the door. Either some how something got in to it, or it is going bad. Hope this helps

the fan goes off when door opened and when closes it will turn back on is normal operation of fan and door control --as to noise --fan may be failing ---iced over ----if seal failing will cause unit to run more and allows more moisture into evap which can cause more ice over

Loud Noise when freezer door is closed (as if fan is not working)

it is the fan or the blade hitting something when you open the door it shuts the fan off and on when closed you need to gain access to the fan and see if it is the motor of the blade before you lose any food
