One Solution: if you have LAN Cable (usually a blue or a yellow cable) connected at the back of your computer remove it first. then try to turn you computer ON.
Second Solution: Borrow a Power Cable and try it with your computer.
3rd Solution: Have your Power Supply Or Motherboard check with an electrician.
