it may have a problem on the battery. if not, then it need to pre-heat on it's ICs...

when k800i is in battery low, infrared led will blink... try to charge your battery of buy another one.

You can do that or take the phone and have it diagnosed to see if it can be fixed or if you need to buy a new mobile.....
