Make sure wifi switch is on on machine (some laptop comes with a button (check the edges of laptop - a small button and must be there a small blinking led )and some like dell comes with a combination of key Fn+F2 ,some times just f2) go to network properties and check wlan is enabled (for windows 7 go to change adapter settings and check wlan is enabled)

How can i pick up my Belkin N wireless usb adapter with my kindle fire?

The adapter you are using is a wireless receiver. You can not connect to this adapter from another device, only connect from it to a wireless Access Point or Router.

There are ways to share the Internet connection of your computer with other devices, but you have to have your computer connected to the Access Point either via cable or have a second network card. More info here and here.

Your kindle should nevertheless be able to connect directly to your wireless network. If your computer can, your kindle should too. Is there any wireless security enabled on your network? Is Wifi turned on?

Did it ask you to enter a security or web key. most systems require that to verify a secure network. You can find the key on the back or bottom of the router.

With this Asus wireless B adapter even the new driver dont support WPA wireless security , because right now sicne WPA is a much newer and higher type of wireless encryption only some wireless B adapter supports that and sorry to say this wireless adapter that you have don't support it even with the latest driver so it will be better to get a new wireless G adapter that supports WPA 100% , you can get the wireless adapter from Asus or from other wireless device manufacturer like Linksys, Netgear. Can't connect to internet

The issue could be with the wifi connection that your wifi adapter is connected to. If your running a windows based system, go to the system tray and right click on your wifi connection symbol (SSID) and see which network your connected to. Every LAN has its own unique name of their Local area network (LAN), if its not displaying your LAN SSID name but a different SSID name then thats the problem. If thats the case, then once again right click on the wifi connection symbol in the system tray and change the wifi connection to your SSID for "view available connection". Your wifi adapter could be picking up a wifi connection in your area and you do not have access to their LAN.

Audiovox and wireless

It connects to your wireless router just like your computer would, but not through your computer. On the phone just enable Local Wireless, this will temporarily disable the use of the phone function. Then a pop up will occur and say the phone recognizes your houses router if your in range and the rest from there is really simple

IPhone not pickign up wireless network...

You are right: the phone should default to the wireless. How do you know the iPhone is on your WIFI? Go to "settings, WIFI Networks" and see if there is an IP address assigned by your router. You can't from the icons alone.
