Question about Microsoft Computers & Internet
First check the proxy on IE
1)go to tools and click internet options
2)select connections tab and click on lan setting button
3)make sure all the three check box`s are unchecked
that should work elseif you are using IE 8 then try to update or reinstall the IE 7 on your computer - do only if you able to go online on Firefox.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
