You know what I do.. If we solve the problem with remote assistance, I mostly take them back to fixya if already closed, then on the my profile page open the write a review link on the chat for them.
Yeah no problem.
Btw, I think it solved on its own I haven't changed anything but its only showing one email in all messages now instead of duplicates.
