Question about Exercise & Fitness

I have a Kettler Atlantis treadmill and I keep getting a 51L error message after having walked on it for just a couple of minutes. The screen starts to flash and then the whole thing just shuts down showing only the 51L error. I would definitely appreciate any help you can give me with this problem.

I have the sam eproblem with Kettler track performance. But for me I get Errors 91, 92, 115 and 11. Only 8 months old. Kettler service have failed to resolve it. I now think Ketteler treadmills may have major electronic problems generally.

I have the same problem, it developed in the past few days. I've written to Kettler for assistance but not received a reply yet.

Motor controller...these are typically motors that have speed controllers. When they fail, just test and replace. Call the manufacturer for parts.

E1 error after start up.

Does the walking belt move for a brief moment, then immediately stop, followed by the E1 code? Or is there no belt movement at all when start is pressed?

Treadmill error code L-P

For assistance, post the model and serial# of this machine. Post the symptoms leading up to this error code. Did it occur while walking/running on the machine? Does the walking belt attempt to turn at all when pressing start?

Kettler atlantis 51L error!!!! what is the solutions?

Hi,

I will advice you try re-calibrate your treadmill, follow the procedure below to re-calibrate it,

Step 1 Stand on the side rails of the treadmill for safety purposes. Remove the safety key. Step 2 Press and hold the two incline buttons. The incline buttons are blue and on the left side of the display. Hold the up and down button simultaneously. Release the buttons when the display reads "Calibration."
Step 3 Press the green start button located either above or below the large, red stop button (depending on your model). Stay on the side rails as the treadmill belt begins to move. Both the speed and incline should go through their full range from lowest to highest, and then back down again.
Step 4 Repeat the process if the display does not read "Calibration Successful." Contact the business where you purchased your treadmill if repeating the calibration process does not result in a successful calibration.

MY TREADMILL STOPS JUST A MINUTE AFTER STARTING.

Try Lubricating the belt with silicone spray.
Probably the resistence from the belt scraping over the ground board is too high, forcing the machine to switch off in order to prevent damage.

Message in the display "err 2" and my kettler treadmill doesn't work

Hi Rendra,

Try this:
Switch the treadmill off and then on again.
Push the "minus" speed button and the "stop" button simultanuously.

If all is well you will now have entered the maintenance mode.

Next push the "plus" speed button and the "stop"button smultanuously.
Now you you've reached the error mode.

Push the "plus" or "minus" speed button to browse the error codes untill you've reached "L er".
The push start to erase the message.

Turn the power off and then on again to restart the treadmill.

With any luck the error has disappeared and the treadmill will function again. If not.....you'll have to contact Kettler.

Btw...This error occurs when the belt is "pushed" by the runner. For example when you put weight on the handlebar and the push your feet backwards.
