I need the codes to make it region free

    Have tried going into setup then screen message entering numbers >10. 6 3 4 8 and code 3192 and pressing enter twice unit displayed DVD reset but still cannot play region 4 DVD. Unit was purchased in U.K while living there but nowmoved to Australia and would like to play Oz DVD's

Code to make my dvd player multi-region


@totallytad,

Try:

Known region free hacks for a Panasonic SC-HT75 are described here or here.
You can also try:
Try this It is for a SC-HT75 but seemed to work on my machine.
Start with an empty tray
USING THE REMOTE press "SETUP"
Go to "DISPLAY" menu
Select "ON SCREEN MESSAGES" then press "ENTER" button
Press ">10" found on the bottom right coner
Press "6" button
Press "4" button
Press "3" button
Press "8" button
A PASSWORD WINDOW SHOULD APPEAR
TYPE IN "3192"
PRESS THE "ENTER" BUTTON TWICE
You will see RESET-DVD in the display and after this the disk will be read and the HT-SC75 is Region Free.
When replacing "3192" by "3193" The HT-SC75 is also Macrovision Free!!! This was originally posted here.

Is region 1 PAL? If so, and you attempt to display onto NTSC machine, you will get black and white.

Laser/traverse deck needs replacement.Spindle motor fails to spin.If loaded disk will not turn give it a slight push to get it started.If it runs the motor is bad and the traverse deck needs replacement.Not an easy fix.You need to know specific procedures and alignments.
