Have tried going into setup then screen message entering numbers >10. 6 3 4 8 and code 3192 and pressing enter twice unit displayed DVD reset but still cannot play region 4 DVD. Unit was purchased in U.K while living there but nowmoved to Australia and would like to play Oz DVD's
