Question about Maytag 24 in. MDB5600A Jetclean II Built-in Dishwasher
Take a screwdriver and remove the inner door panel. The control board has a cover over it with a 1/4" screw holding it in place. Get to the control board and put some eyes on it. Make sure the ribbon cable from the touchpanel is not damaged and well seated into the control board connector. If all looks good, use the techsheet MDBM601AWW to check the touchpanel continuity (tech sheet page 5, and you will need a multimeter to do this). If the panel tests ok you will need a control board 99003431
But it is more likely the touch panel 99003381
