Question about Western Digital External USB 2.0 80 GB Hard Drive
Without the model# of your drive, I can only get you as far as the Western Digital Support Downloads portal page (link below). When you get there, be a little patient using their site and track doen the driver download for your model. Download it by saving it to your desktop and then install it from there.
After that, you should be able to connect hte drive and start using it.
