Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Before I proceed with your suggestion, do I need to remove Ping blocking from my router and do you want me to connect wirelessly or with ethernet cable?
I will have to purchase a cable to otherwise.
Thanks for you help so far.
Wirelessly at first. The results of this will determine whether or not you need to connect via an ethernet cable. Note however, if you've never connected to this router via an ethernet cable, it's very likely that it's simply not correctly setup for this. You can of course, also try connecting the printer via an ethernet cable and monitor whether or not the problem persists (this will also help allow you to determine the source of the problem).
