Oks, first things first; 1. Have you checked the cable going from the scanner to the computer? 2. Have you ensured the drivers and software for the scanner, are correctly installed? 3. Have you checked to see if you can scan using your computer (e.g. via Irfanview, MS Paint, Photoshop, or whichever program you have that allows scanning?)
