Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I've never had success with the rechargeable batteries, and I think it's because, even though they're supposed to work good, they're only 1.2 v instead of 1.5, like the alkalines. You could also have slightly oxidized terminals on the battery charger, in which case you can clean them with a qtip and alcohol.
I would get some alkalines, and see if that solves your problem for now. I bought some 2500 mA batteries and they never would work with my digital camera, so I gave up on them.
Lastly, make sure your charger is putting out the correct voltage (measure it with a voltmeter).
Other than that, the charger's are pretty straightforward, and either work or don't work.
Anyway, hope this helps get you going for now.
