The printhead and wiper could be heated to soften the ink.
Enter Diagnostics by holding the back arrow and "i" button while powering up. Go to the Monitor menu and turn on "All Heaters"
After a few minutes, it should be able to be moved away.

This situation may have broken 2 Camshafts and perhaps even motors. If you continue to get an error 07,010 then buy this kit "C2424-Z2" It may require a technician to install.

How do you fix error "07,010.43:14085" on the Xerox Phaser 8400

The error is normally caused by the print head wiper being stuck to the print head or the print head pivot block being contaminated with spill over ink.
To clean the block you remove the left side cover. There is a stainless steel block about 1 inch by 1 inch about midway back on the lower frame. It would most likely have a lot of yellow ink in it.
If the wiper blade is tacked to the print head, you would remove the right and left cover. then remove the ink loader. ( where you place the ink sticks.). Once you remove the ink loader you are in the print head drum area and would gently detack the blade from the print head, then run the eliminate light stripes in the troubleshooting menu.

Xerox c2424 fault code 37,008.44:54093

There are two things. I most likely suspect that the print head wiper blade has stuck to the print head. Very common problem after a power failure.
Not sure how I didnt see your post before now. But if your still having that problem let me know, I can tell you how to fix it.

Error 07.010.43:61978

Print head movement is not right.
Either there is a lot of excess ink in the print head block
or the print head wiper blade is stuck to the print head.

That is a print head tilt or X-Y axis fault.
1 of three things causes it to not move.
1 there is a stainless steel print head block that fills up with the ink that runs out of the maintenance tray. Mostly because the printer is not sitting level. But it needs to be cleaned.
2, The print head wiper blade has tacked to the print head, or 3, The wiper blade clutch has failed.

White lines will not go away in our Xerox C2424

Since you have done all that. That tells me you almost certainly have a bad print head.
They will clog or sometimes the jets get damages and it becomes impossible to pass ink through them.
I would say a bad print head is about a 99 percent probability.

Xerox workcentre c2424 error code

One of two things most likely.
1. The wiper blade is stuck to the print head,or 2, The print head blosk has a lot of spill over ink built up in it.
That code is caused by the inability of the print head to move properly. Either left to right or pivot front to back to get into the print position.
You have to remove the covers to access the stainless steel print block. It is located about 2/3 of the way back on the lower left side of the frame. It is a one inch by one inch square block that may have a lot of buildup of spill over ink in it. If the wiper is stuck you have to remove the ink loader , where you add the ink sticks , to access the area between the print head and drum, It is a pink blade the is between the drum and print head, it wold be stuck to the print head not allowing it to move. Just carefully unstick it from the print head

XEROX WORKCENTRE C 2424 ERROR CODE 07.010.43:8288

That code means the print head is not moving freely. There are 2 likely causes, some other less likely causes.
Most of the time the print head pivot block gets overflow ink from the catch tray built up in it.
That block is located behind the left cover, ( looking from the front) about midway back and on the lower portion of the frame. It is stainless steel and about 1 inch square. Check and see if it has ink built up in and around the block. You will have to pull off the spring assembly over it then remove and clean it and the print head shaft thoroughly. That is the most common problem.
The next problem is the print head wiper blade being stuck to the print head. That is caused mostly by power failures or the machine being shut off improperly. That would require removing the scanner assembly, the right and left covers, the back upper cover and the ink loader to access the print head/drum area. The blade can be gently removed from the print head, then you would run the cleaning mode a few times.
The process drive motor can cause that problem if mistimed or bad, but highly unlikely.
I strongly suspect the pivot block or a stuck wiper blade.

XEROX Work Centre C2424 has error code 07,010.43:1559

That is a code that comes up when the print head is not piviting properly.
The 2 main causes are , 1 there is a stainless steel block on the left side of the machine which gets ink spilled into it, it needs removed and cleaned, the other issue is if there was a power failure or the machine was inproperly shut down, the wiper blade that cleans the print head between copies is stuck between the drum and prine head.
Let me know if you want to try and fix this. Its not to hard, Just somewhat time consuming.
there is a 90 percent chance one of those 2 things is causing your problem.

I have a xerox c2424 with a error code 07,010.43:15852 can you help ps i am a printer service tech

Yep.
That code is caused from the print head not being able to move freely either front to back or on the X-Y axis motor.
the 2 most likely problems are, 1 the stainless steel print block, located on the left side of the machine looking from the front, is contaminated with spill over ink. It is located about midway back on the lower part of the frame. Need to remove and clean it. 2. The wiper blade is tacked to the front of the print head, between the print head and the drum. Needs to be carefully loosened off the print head.
The print head cables could be to tight, the wiper clutch could be failing or the process drive motor may need timed. But the first two items I mentioned are the most likely cause.
That code pops up when the print head can not freely move .

Xerox c2424

That is fault caused by the print head not being able to move freely.
There are a few things that can cause that. Here are the most likely problems.
1. With the side covers removed, there is a stainless steel block located about midway back toward the bottom of the frame. If is silver and about 1 inch square. What happens with that is some ink spills into that print block and the print head will not move back and forth properly. You remove the spring holder over that block and most likely need some channel lock pliers to slide the block off if it has ink in it. Clean that and the shaft thoroughly
2. The wiper blade is stuck between the print head and the drum. Normally happens with a power failure or not properly shutting the machine down properly. You have to remove the document feeder, scanner, side covers and ink loader ( where you put the ink sticks). That will expose the drum/print head area. See if the blade is stuck and gently peel it from the print head, then run the remove light stripes procedure in troubleshooting from the user interface.
3. The Process control motor can come out of timeing. But 90 percent of the time it is a contaminated print block or stuck blade.
